Cool, sounds like a birthday present for the little lawyer to me!

Pickle is all over everywhere lately, so much so that apparently our neighbor told her mom that she was babysitting Pickle while we were at the beach last week. Gus, of course, reacted with horror when I told him that: "NO she WASN'T! Pickle was at the beach with US!"

Pickle was very confusing to his two 4 yr old cousins, I might add.

"Pickle, could you please hold?"

That's the book. Despite what admissions offices will tell you, it's never too early to enroll them in law school.

Wait, is it <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0689712049/sr=8-8/qid=1156211916/ref=pd_bbs_8/002-7133422-4741600?ie=UTF8" rel="nofollow">this book</a>? That looks really good. Gus would love it -- he is always using us against each other: "no, Mommy said something else! That is NOT true!"

So here's the weird thing: Pickle came back! Though it's much more low-key these days. Before it was constant talk of Pickle. Now it's more like he'll casually say down his shirt "one minute Pickle, I'm talking to Mommy." Still hard not to laugh, though.

Hmm, he seems to have disappeared right after J. watched him! I smell a rat, I mean a pickle.

Also this reminds me, I think there's a scary picture of nightmare pickles in that Judith Viorst book about the mom not always being right. Or it might be some other book. Maybe it has dark blue on the cover. Hey, you're a librarian, find it yourself! :)
